InDesign | Letterpress Inspired Digital Movie Quote Posters: Students studied the work of Letterpress artist Brad Vetter (http://bradvetterdesign.com/) and created digital letterpress inspired movie quote posters from their favorite films.
Photoshop | Final Digital Self Portraits: 30 elements had to be combined into each digital self-portrait. The class collected personal artifacts (images, words from family and friends describing them, scans of their face and hands, photographs of themselves, patterns, and hand-drawn elements) and combined them into one digital self portrait using the tools they learned in their Digital Tools: Adobe Photoshop mini course.
Exercise 01: Using only circles, show tension, rhythm, and balance. Create 9 compositions, using one, two, and three sizes of circles.
